By using the services of baraBD Data Centers (server.barabdonline.xyz), you agree to the following terms:
You agree NOT to use our servers for:
Spamming: Sending unsolicited bulk emails.
Illegal Content: Hosting pornography, pirated content (DMCA violations), or hacking tools.
Resource Abuse: Excessive use of CPU/RAM that affects other users.
Services are prepaid. Renewal invoices are generated 7 days before the due date.
Failure to pay on time will result in Service Suspension and eventually Termination (Data Loss).
The 1-Month Free Trial is for new customers only and is subject to one use per client.
While we maintain regular backups, customers are responsible for maintaining their own data backups. baraBD is not liable for any data loss.
Domain registrations are non-refundable.
Hosting refunds are only applicable within 7 days of purchase if a technical issue on our end cannot be resolved.
We strive for a 99.9% uptime guarantee. However, we are not liable for any financial loss caused by temporary service downtime.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms without prior notice.
